Proceed with caution. This is one of the worst hotels I've stayed at in Europe. The rooms look nothing like the pictures. The room furniture is cheap and falling apart. The carpets are very stained, and there's mold in the grouting. The biggest issue on the trip was that the window barely opened. Only to 3cm (1") and provide no circulation. It was 26.6°C (80°F) and felt even warmer than that in the room. The only pros was the housekeeping was throughout and the neighborhood is great. Do not recommend. Even shadier, the business used a lawyer to try to get this review removed arguing that I never stayed there. I guarantee I did stay there.

Hotel Ambiente Berlin city just a lovely place for short stay during my biztrip in Berlin, and just a perfect location for a super introvert person like me. The location is quite strategic and easy to access walkable to/from anywhere you need to be. The receptionists, oh wow 🥹🥹 really thankful the receptionists they’re all really nice, kindest person, helpful and informative. Theo even helped me for searching nearby hotel to stay since I needed to extend my flight. Thank you for pleasant stay, I’ll definitely come back.

Decent rooms and good location. Stayed for 3 nights with my family of 4 adults and 1 small child for 460 euros. Real value for money, I would say.. definitely there were a few drawbacks, but for the price I surely cannot complain.. the hotel staff were also very friendly and welcoming.

This is one of the most convenient hotels I have been to. The check-in and check-out process is really fast and easy. The hotel is also nicer than I expected, the room I got, it was quite big, simple and clean, with some modern art, nothing really luxurious, but good enough for short staying. And it isn't expensive, the location is pretty nice. U-bahn station is close by, easy to travel around. I didn't try the breakfast, but I think, if you have a limited budget, this could be a good option, despite having some bad reviews here.
