Rooms are quite corporate but understandable as it’s more of a boarding house. The biggest issue was the shower which didn’t drain properly, so had to leave the water on at a very low jet so that the hotel didn’t get flooded. Hotel is also very smoky smelling though it’s a non smoking hotel. Service was outstanding from the man who works at the front desk. We much appreciated his help. Location is excellent for accessing Japantown but quite a way from the historic centre.

The stuff is cheating on the price, which giving you higher rate even than booking website. The room is super old decor, feels like back to 40 years ago. The pillow is not comfortable

The hotel is clean and warm ( as i was there in winter). The location is a good one . All the staf is very profesional and very supportive. Only one guy , ( at turn at 29 december, time 2 am ) , was very very arrogant and not educated. He kept the 50 eu of the warranty ( he said he smell smoke at the bathroom🤮) . Not fair . Plus he spoke in a very agresive mode without reason to me. Other huys were very very educated and i really apreciate their help. That agresive guy to the reception today , i dont want to see any more . BECAREFULL OF HIM!
