Location and service is perfect, but room is too small for us (2 Asians). Location is super easy to reach to 2 different LRT stations. Variety of restaurant nearby, the famous Kurumon Market is definitely at the next door. Staff service is perfect, able to communicate in English. They even have the weighting scale to borrow. Breakfast is 300yen/person, good enough for us. Room service is perfect too, make our room like a new one everyday. Room is way too small for both of us, no space to open our luggage. So we have to repeatedly open and close our luggage to get what we need.

Great value, location and would stay again! The hotel reception staff were courteous and helpful. It's location is directly in front of Kuromon market (literally right outside the door). The hotel is about 10min~15mins walking distance to train/subway station, may take longer if you came with big luggage. You can walk to other attraction places like Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, Namba (easily via Google Map). Room is small but clean and comfortable. I like that they have coffee and tea facility which you can make on your own, hot water dispenser and ice making machine (was out of service when I was there).

Great location, right next to the market and very close to Nippobashi and Dontonburi. Rooms and washroom are small however were maintained well, a/c worked well during the summer heat. Lobby was nice and functional with seating if you needed an area to hang out. Would definitely come back again if staying in Osaka.

A little bit far from dotonburi but very close with kuromon market. The nearest jr station is namba, you can get to airport by bus or train in that station. Bus to airport is in OCAT building. The room is a little bit narrow, like other hotel in Japan, but it was very clean. The toilet is very narrow too but there is curtains on it, so the water won’t scattered around. The receptionist can speak english well. You get complete amenities, from pajamas, towel, comb and sandal.
