Not far from city center. Old building but design of the hotel is elegant. Especially garden, paintings and general spirit are awesome. People who works there are also very kind.

Stayed here during low season in Sep 2022. We got quite a big double-storey room, which was fabulous. However, breakfast and afternoon tea were underwhelming, with not much spread and the hotel seemed to be focusing on saving a few bucks in a luxury setting. Staffs, what can I say, only doing the bare essentials, quite disappointing. I think this town / hotel had historically been focusing on Russian tourists. With sanctions in place, the number of Russian tourists to Baden-Baden also dwindled.

Extraordinary good service! Very attentive and personal! Plus, personnel really goes the extra mile - we nearly missed our train to the airport as our taxi was cancelled on short notice so one of the staff members took us there so we could catch our train. Great service experience!

I have got a mixed feelings about this property. The building itself is kind of historical dating back to 1874. It changed hands from Germans to French and back again.. Nice paintings decorate the interior of the hotel. My room was OK, also nicely decorated. But there was a cigarette smoke smell presumably from the ventilation system in my room and bath room as well. It’s a pity. Otherwise nice service, convenient parking just in front of the hotel (although €19 extra). Internet is some 12 Mbits/sec but not steady enough.. No swimming pool.
