One night at this hotel wasn’t enough. The room was so spacious and lovely. The staff was friendly and helpful. The whole place was quiet and relaxing. I hope I have a chance to stay here again!

Worse hotel we have stayed in at Geneva. The check in process was slow, our rooms were not ready at check in time. “Nicholas” said he had given us an upgrade, mentioned the scaffolding outside our window but assured us it would not affect our stay. Well… guess what. Works started early morning and we weren’t able to sleep. Thanks Nicholas for the awesome upgrade to our room. I think it would appear that we were just easy target to offload the bad room.

I booked this hotel because of the reviews mainly. I also liked the location and the wonderful decor. This hotel is the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in before. Everything was top notch and I have zero complaints. It was clean, spacious, decorated fabulously, the room was well soundproofed, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the food in the restaurant was amazing. I really wish I had spent more than one night here and definitely can’t wait to come back! I took my mom to Europe for the first time and wanted the best for her and this hotel certainly delivered. The AC worked really well, the bidet was awesome with all of its features, the room was large, I really have no suggestions or anything I can find fault with. I looked at many hotels before choosing this one and I feel I made the right choice. Well worth it! The location can’t be beat either!

We visited Hotel Bristol in Geneva in December 2023 and had a wonderful time. The location is perfect, a 1 minute walk to Lake Geneva, 5 minutes to Rue du Rhône, 10 minutes to the old town and the city centre and right by all the restaurants. There's a coach stand 2 minute walk away which gives access to all the tours from Geneva too! The hotel was clean, staff were super friendly and helpful too. Breakfast was included in our stay and they had a great range of options. Overall a very comfortable stay, good sized rooms and would highly recommend.
