The hotel location is good. Close to public transportation and walking distance to Geneva lake The staff are extremely nice The breakfast was decent - but when you stay 3-4 days ! You will see it's the same food ! So no verity - specially that some guests do not eat bacon ! The room was small but neat The carpet was clean but there was spots of over usage ! They need to change it . There was no slippers. The water is drinkable from the tap I will advise the hotel to have a different breakfast for certain days and know your guests needs. The room services not to leave things behind ( cleaning materials ) in the room. And change the carpet !

Location is about 10 mins walk or two stops on the tram from the station. Rooms are generally good but our room got quite warm with the AC on max, not great. Service was mixed some of the staff members were polite and helpful. Others not so much, the house keeping failed to restock our hot drinks station, when we asked for the missing items we were told to come and get it from reception.

The bed is comfortable and the bedding was nice, fresh and crispy. But the air con is really noisy when it’s on. the air is stuffy inside, but you can open a window The views are non existent . Breakfast was ok- it’s 20 francs per person and children under 12 are free. The hotel is about 25 minutes from the old town. And we were given free travel cards. The hotel seems to have been recently renovated- bathrooms all modern, but showers are over bath tubs. We were provided with basic necessities- shampoo, conditioner, etc No usb chargers in the room. Their sockets are really weird, only one of our adapters worked. Tea and coffee making facilities. Families room consisted of one big bed and one sofa bed. Overall is an ok hotel for probably average price in Geneva

We recently stayed at Hotel Jade and have no complaints about the cleanliness of the rooms or location. During the stay, there was a situation where the AC was broken in the hotel and the heat was on for most of our stay. Luckily, we were able to open our window to try to cool off our hot room, but the only issue is that the window's didn't have screens (a few mosquitoes were able to get in) and we were on the main floor where the smokers terrace was. Every morning our room would smell like smoke due to needing to keep the window open and smokers going out on the terrace to smoke. On the second day, we asked for a fan to try to avoid these issues and the hotel was very unaccommodating. They said we could use the window and that should be fine. Lastly, our room was located right by the hotel lobby and we were woken up multiple times during the night as you would hear most people coming in or leaving. Overall, most of the staff were super friendly, but I think it was an unfortunate situation with the AC broken and location of our room.
