Location is great, so close to train station. Service at the reception desk is fantastic, they were very helpful. Room was clean, spacious, comfortable beds. Room service was not the best we asked for tea and they forgot I called again and the guy I spoke to claimed that I not telling the truth and his colleague says they never received any orders. But the service in the restaurant downstairs was perfect. Loved the classic decor

Receptionist Bryan not good , v slow and aloof. Not friendly. Nice room and bath very clean. Temperature too hot. Restaurant staff v good food average. Housekeeping .. we Asked for tea bags and freash milk for room . We were told..... You can buy tea in restaurants ! Not great. But it is close to station.

The rooms are good but the service is very average. This famous rude arrogance when you speaks French and they still reply in English. Annoying. Same as the hotel bar. Anyway the rooms nice and fresh.
