The rooms are not soundproofed. There was a party downstairs going on very late in the night, and everything was heard in the rooms, so sleeping was impossible due to a terrible singer bellowing into a very loud microphone. The hotel staff was very nice, though, and let us stay in the next day. The hotel is clean, good location, private, gated parking.

The good: The location was good. You have the Promenada mall near you, 10 minute walk. The interior of the Hotel is ok The room was clean The staff was friendly and nice. You can park your car in their parking lot for the day at an extra cost of 50 lei per day The bad: The room that I stayed in did not have any sound proofing. There was a party in the same day when I was staying and they had music. You can hear the sounds from the basement up to the room

This is our second time in this hotel. We chose a room we had already been to. 343 The room was not ready for check-in, the tea was not replenished. There was no robe or set of towels for the second companion. In the corridor near the closet under the ceiling there is an insect cocoon. Hot water needs to wait 5 minutes. The last time we were in the summer, we didn’t have this problem. The staff are friendly and try to help, but due to an error by one of the team members, our room was not ready. Parking costs 10 euros per day, which is clearly overpriced. The spa is no longer the same, someone swims in the pool without a cap, they go into the hammam without slippers, which is of course not safe. Pros: “Rituals” cosmetics in the room. Breakfast does not change daily, but everything is delicious, Belgian waffles are super. The skating rink is free for hotel guests.

I’ve stayed multiple times at Caro. One single time I received a new and clean room. The other times I received rooms unclean, bad smelling and full of dust (I attached pictures only from my recent stay). I find it very disappointing taking into consideration that it is very close to the office and it was convenient for me to stay here. Clearly I do not recommend!
