The only thing I did not like was their zero guest policy. You pay for a room, and are not allowed to have anyone over. Seems absurd to me and a very ridiculous policy. Due to this policy I will never stay at this hotel ever again. I am an adult, you took my money in exchange for a room. From the moment I check in till the moment I check out I should be able to do as I please. We are all adults here and should be treated as such. Having someone over is not hurting the building or anyone in any way shape or form. I think I can have someone visit me in my room if I desire. Change your policy! People are paying you and doing you a favor not the other way around.

We stayed in the hotel for three days in June 2023.The rooms were very clean and nice.The staff were very kind and helpful.They helped us book the tours in the city. The restaurant was the best part of our stay!Delicious food and excellent service.Thanks to Anna and her team… I highly recommend the hotel.

The place was excellent, the staff in the restaurant and the cleaning staff was very friendly and gave good service. The same cannot be said about the front desk staff. When I first walked in they greeted me and all was good then all of a sudden their mood changed. Something else that I did not appreciate was the fact that you are not allowed to have guests in your room. I cannot have a guest in the room that I am paying for? I am visiting the city and would like to catch up with friends and family and not in the middle of the street. An absurd policy that should be discarded. Other than that everything was great.
