Location is quite a bit of a walk from the Station Bologna Centrale. However, the apartment offered by the hotel for 4 people are amazing. The space given was ample, with a lot of cooking accessories like pots and pans all made ready and available in the room. On top of that, the staff members are all very friendly and accommodating, even as to keeping us updated with information such as train strikes and helping guide us. Though breakfast buffet had a fair amount of options, they aren't as appetizing as I expected.

An ok hotel, good choice of breakfast items, good location but bathroom in our room needs refurbishment. The position of the toilet squeezed in between wall & shower cubicle was not ideal. The shower cubicle was small too. We were on 3rd floor, maybe other rooms were better.

During our stay at your apartment, we were continuously disrupted by jackhammer use within the building and the bed was worn out with an old mattress. Additionally, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Despite our complaints, there was no satisfactory response from the hotel. Totally inappropriate for the price charged.

I was in Bologna for one night and chose this hotel for the central location. I only have good things to say! The bed was so comfortable (where's in my 5 star hotel in Rome I actually had to sleep on the floor, because the bed was so horrible), breakfast was plentiful and included, Wifi worked well. Room was simple, but had everything I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful (when I had to change my reservation). Will stay again when in Bologna!

Our arrival into Bologna was midnight and this budget stay for 6-7 hrs was perfect, clean and comfortable. Breakfast downstairs was included with a nice selection and they held our luggage while we visited the city sites for about 4 hours before leaving. Reservation emails to my questions were timely and friendly, the hotel location is walkable to the main train station and to many of the city sites. Highly recommend.
