Awesome stay! The hotel has a nice ambient, a good location and, mainly, the best people ever!! Once in there, they will make everything for you to have the best stay and the best experience ever. Also, you are able to contact Charlotte, the executive manager of the hotel, for any request you have. She is perfect, very professional and may help you with any request you have, just like she did in my case with efficiency. Indeed, the whole team is nice and will proportion a positive experiencie for you at Lyon.

Good experience. Pillows are rather hard. The location was good with the metro lines close. I advised the reception that the hairdryer was not working and the coffee machine next to the bed had old uses packets of coffee that were not removed from the previous guests.. but overall room was clean and the staff were lovely and friendly.

We came with a group to watch the Rugby World Cup. The hotel is rather high quality, the food and the rooms too. The staff is very helpful. However, we experienced significant noise pollution from several delivery trucks between 5:50 a.m. and 7 a.m., around 4 trucks with unbearable noise. My roommates suffered the same thing. We wonder how is it possible that there are deliveries this early in the morning?? and especially in a small street? why don't they do it on the grand boulevard? I can’t even imagine what the neighbors must go through every day, we saw a truck again two days later again early in the morning. It's a shame because apart from that the hotel is very good, but unfortunately too much noise in the morning and it's not pleasant and even in summer with the window open. Maybe another system to find?

Definitely not worth 4 stars in other countries. Rooms (superior) are small, no mini fridge and walls are thin so you hear what's going on in the whole building including bathrooms. Also room smelled like a bakery at 8am, so not sure about air circulation / filtering. On the bright side, location is good, staff is friendly and the courtyard is really really nice. But for the jacked up price during the RWC, not exactly an experience to write home about.
