The Hotel Colon in Sevilla was a fantastic stop for us. Refined service in an excellent location, close to many pedestrian areas. The cathedral is only about ten minutes away by foot or an easy cab ride getting you along the Guadalquivir river and city center. The staff is friendly and spent time with us. The room was spacious, very clean. Water pressure was increase le, filling up a bathtub in no time. First evening we were lucky enough to have a live flamenco show at the bar.

What an amazing hotel from start to finish. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and will help you with any part of your stay from booking tickets to the sights, to recommending restaurants and asking about your day. We were treated to a lovely bottle of fizz and a wonderful note to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. The little touches of chocolates and an information leaflet about an artist was a nice touch each night. We upgraded to red level and the choice of tapas and nibbles was excellent as was the selection of drinks. Thank you to Ana, Vanessa, Oscar and the whole staff team. We will definitely be recommending Meliá Colón to our friends. ❤️

We escape to Sevilla often for some luxury at the Hotel Alonso but it was booked this weekend so we gave Hotel Colon a try. Service was excellent from the moment we pulled our car up on the curb for the valet. Check in was smooth with a glass of cava, and gracious staff. The hotel was full so we didn’t get room upgrades but did have access to the red lounge which was a nice treat. The room highlight was the art on each door and the beds were Pure comfort! The pool was refreshing and had an amazing view. The hot tub was cold but felt good after a workout in the gym. We throughly enjoyed the flamenco in the bar with cocktails and a late lunch at the restaurant sitting outside was delicious. We will return

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Colon Gran Meliá in Seville. We stayed for three days in a family room. The room had two double beds and was comfortable. We had complimentary breakfast as part of our stay which was excellent with lots of choice including a breakfast menu with freshly prepared dishes. The hotel was central and lots of sites and restaurants were within walking distance.
