This is one of my favorite hotels I’ve stayed at ever! The buildings and rooms were beautifully arranged and immaculately clean. The staff was so kind and went above and beyond during our stay. There is an adorable bar just for hotel guests where we had drinks each night with the hospitable bartender Prince. The location was great with views of the basilica while you have breakfast and from certain rooms. We would absolutely stay here again! P.S. I did some price shopping prior to booking and they do have the best rates directly on their website.

Great location and view of San Marco, comfy bed and very clean. No coffee station in the room and shower head was one of the worst I ever experienced as it is like a power washer. On the whole we had a good experience.

This is a lovely place, with warm and cozy atmosphere. Price, accommodation, service are really great match. If you look for staying in Venice a few days this is a perfect choice.

I love the old hotels situated around San Marco in Venice. This one was a beauty very well tucked away, great step and front desk, room a little small but a very nice balcony view over San Marco. Very nice breakfast included central located for everything a 10 minute walk to water buses in both directions. We're a few insects floating around but you're on a canal expected. Definitely one of the better older hotels, much more pleasant than the standard lido Hotel chain

This hotel was in an amazing location right alongside St. Mark's Basilica. We were so close to everything in Venice. And there were lots of choices of great restaurants right outside the door. It's a boutique hotel and you must walk up a flight of steps to get to the lobby, but it is well worth it. The staff was extremely helpful getting water taxis and with porterage. Breakfast was wonderful with table views of the Basilica.
