Palazzina Grassi is an extraordinary hotel. It is gorgeous, gothic, modern, clean, comfortable and convenient. Our concierge, Giacomo took great care to make sure our stay was perfect. Our bartenders, Luca & "Freddie" (I only knew him by his nickname) are also wonderful. You can tell that they care about the guest experience. They even gave us personalized recommendations and for our first time in Venice, those local insights were incredibly helpful. We can't wait to return!

This hotel was impeccable. The staff truly made our stay memorable. The service was of the highest quality I’ve experienced in any 5 star hotel I’ve stayed at (I have stayed at many around the world). The rooms were absolutely gorgeous and clean. House keeping was of a high standard, we never had to ask for anything. Location was a close walk to shops/ San Marco etc yet still in a quieter part away from the hustle and bustle of all the tourists. Thank you Palazzina Grassi, I hope to come back one day. This was truly the most memorable stay of our whole European holiday.
