Stayed here on bed and breakfast board. I'd booked a studio but was given a free upgrade to a superior room which I'd definitely recommend. One thing that is particularly good about the superior rooms is that they come with a large patio area with sunbeds. The hotel is accessed via a small shopping mall which also had some really good restaurants. Out of the 5 nights we stayed, we ate there 4 times at different restaurants, and they were all really good.

Would highly recommend this hotel really secure, lovely room, lovely big pool. staff are lovely and are always willing to help. It's was our son's first holiday abroad which really enjoyed it. We went self catering but did eat at the hotel a few nights and food was lovely. We will definitely be coming back.

On arrival our room was not as expected and was up a hill at edge of complex despite the statement we had been upgraded especially for us.... I'm sure a very frequent greeting. HOWEVER JEZY the Czech receptionist was extremely helpful and changed what I felt was a rocky start to a holiday to a holiday that was most enjoyable. Weather was good which helps. The new room was on a flat level, H203 perfect, spacious and clean. The facilities in the room more than adequate. JEZY went beyond the call of duty and was a good front of house ambassador for the hotel. He took time and trouble to ensure our needs were met to the full. The restaurant was strict with Al option and a little smile from lady manager may have improved that experience. There were no snacks which was unusual but food was well presented and hot, day of leaving we had no facilities after midday, no lunch or evening meal. We had to pay for drinks despite being Al and not having a lunch on day of arrival. This is quite unusual as day was hot and wasn't prepared to pay for soft drinks when we had paid for Al. Instead went to supermarket and bought some. Be mindful day of departure despite what time you leave ends at 12 noon. Pool lovely clean and lifeguards in constant attendance. Well done to all who made our experience good and lady manager in restaurant - maybe should take a leaf from some of your colleagues. Politeness costs nothing but makes a huge improvement to a visitors experience. Internet was poor kept dropping in and out all through the stay xx

Although it says 4* but it's not. Staff are nice and friendly. Rooms aren't equipped with fans as it's too hot, you need to hire a fan. Food isn't like in a 4*. Same menu repeating from breakfast to dinner. No snack bar, no entertainment experience throughout only a few shows. Rooms have cockroaches often. If you miss whole day then there is no compensation to have lunch when you check out, other 4* hotels are much flexible on this. I will not return back to this hotel again. Location is great by the way. Pool is great too.
