Our stay was absolutely enjoyable and flawless. Customer service was phenomenal, room was spacious, clean, and luxurious with beautiful view of the water. My massage at the spa was spectacular (thank you Elena!) Gym was AMAZING. And the food was delicious. If we return to Tenerife we will stay here again at this conveniently located slice of paradise. Highly recommend. Thank you for everything!

Me and my partner stayed 4 nights here and I cannot recommend more.. the hotel is well designed and just pleasant to see everywhere. The location is close to the sea, and you can just go for a walk along the beach for 3min away. Room was clean and staff cleaned everyday. Breakfast and drinks were nice too. If you want to park your car in the hotel, you’ll have to pay 15 euro a day. Shame we didn’t have enough time to enjoy the hotel fully. I will come back again in future. High recommended!!

Hotel has a lovely architectural design, which appears natural and just lovely. The gardens are amazing and in impeccable shape. It really is a tropical paradise. The staff is most friendly, incredibly helpful and genuinely polite a as well as caring. We were very pleased. 🙏🏼 The food is fresh, delicious and prepared with attention to detail. The amenities allow enough space to have a proper quiet place to eat and the priority club allows you to be extremely secluded if you wish to be. Also, as a medical professional, I can tell the hygienic standards are very much held up high. People constantly make sure things are clean, disinfected and in good condition. The housekeeping is very sweet, flexible as well as fast while being thorough and clean. Very family friendly hotel! the kids play area is great as well as the kids club. They really take interest in the children, have many materials, crafts and play with the kids. Very caring and sensible staff. Little side story: A little unpleasant encounter was handled by the staff very fast and INCREDIBLY WELL. A little boy pooped into the kids pool and within seconds the staff reacted, taped off the area as a precaution, put up signs, drained the entire pool, disinfected it multiple times and refilled the pool. it was only after second and third check the day reopened the kids pool. Super fast, very clean and efficient. I was highly impressed.

Beautiful hotel. We didn't go all inclusive, instead using the local area to eat out all day. Breakfast however was well worth it and recommend the extensive choices :) The hotel did all sorts of extras and had staff doing pool games, exercise classes, fruit was brought round on an afternoon. The pool bar drinks were excellent! Banana berry a much approved favourite from us. The spa was excellent and my Thai Massage was amazing!
