Avoid this hotel! With fraudulent scam they try to earn more money. We got on the booking portal only pictures of large and beautiful rooms. When we arrived at the hotel, we got a very small room, as you can see from our pictures. The gentleman at the reception said that their employee made a mistake and uploaded the wrong pictures on the portal. Nevertheless, the boss could only give us the room that was shown on the booking portal for an additional amount of 20€ per night. All the conversations did not bring anything. They said that if we cancel the room through the portal, we would get our money back, they could not give it to us from the cash register. In the end we were stuck with the costs because we didn't get the money from either the booking portal or the hotel.

I highly recommend the Evsen Hotel. The location is excellent, with everything nearby. The hotel is clean and tidy, the staff is friendly, and a special thanks to Mr. Temur Ergashaliev at the reception. We will gladly return here anytime.

It's a brilliant lil hotel. It's 3 ⭐ but you get what you pay for. Lovley breakfast. N me and my father are now friends with all the staff they were really helpful n will bend over backwards to help. The TV has sky news only but we have Netflix n YouTube on our phones now.its in a smart part of town . Defo goin again this year even. Brilliant for Travelers. Don't go expecting gold taps n swimming pools.

We were first given a room at the top floor which is tiny and really dirty. The was a bad smell coming from the drainage in the toilet. We made a complain and was moved to another room, very tiny. I wish I could show the pictures of the rooms. I am not recommending this hotel apart from location which is surrounded by restaurants, close to Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque.
