Rooms were spacious, clean and bright. No coffee available. Bathroom was quite old and shower wasn't working properly. We tried breakfast once, which was horrible. Do not recommend. Overall, hotel was fine, but I wouldn't say this is a 4 star hotel.

I travel internationally but never experienced a kind of hotel that has no hot water for drinking, they don't provide kettle in the room. I asked the receptionist, they said I need to go to café and cafe said I had to ask the reception. I understood that it's common that no water kettle in the room but usually hotel would provide hot water in public area for guests to get it themselves. For such 4 'stars' hotel, I could not believe that they couldn't provide this. Even the cafe has no hot water for me, I didn't mind paying but it's not the option! Definitely I won't go back to this hotel.

The hotel doesn’t deserve a 4stars!! There is no hot water in the room for tea or coffee! Not even drinking water in the room! Bathroom is old. For the parking, we had to pay additional 15euro per night for the parking! A 4 stars hotel should provide this service free for its customers.

A good hotel in a nice area with easy access to food, shops (market place next door) and underground parking connected to the hotel. Decent sized room for a one night or couple of nights stay. Beds - comfortable, clean Bath - decent sized, clean with toiletries all provided AC - good and no issues with cooling the room Parking - Underground garage in the next door building which is a marketplace Staff and service - Friendly and helpful. We were allowed to check out early, leave our baggage in the storage room. Public transport - Access seems to be ok with a train station not far off and bus stops in walking distance. We walked from the hotel to all the places so cannot comment on the public transportation overall. The hotel is a 20/30 mins walking distance from the main areas Restaurants - Within walking distance Breakfast options - We did not include so cannot comment but there is breakfast option. The lobby has a nice, strong coffee vending machines and the espresso was great.
