Great place in the heart of Sevilla right next to the Cathedral. The rooms are spacious, clean and lovely decorated. The bathroom had everything I needed, and the communal area including a very well equipped kitchen, was very handy. Would definitely come back here! Tip: if you're planning to use the kitchen a lot, ask for room 1 or 2. If you like the quiet, ask for a room at the back of the building. The front rooms can be a little noisy because of passing cars (even though it is a very quaint and narrow street) especially with the windows open.

hello dear people, please try not to get room 6. i've had my worst week of my life in this room. the hotel looks quite good from the outside, but the walls are so thin that you hear everything. in front of the window are also drain pipes and you hear every wash of the toilet in the house. cleanliness was good at the hotel itself, but we didn't have a cleaning woman in 5 days. when I asked the ladies if I got fresh towels, they unfortunately meant no and I should call any number. why should I call a number for fresh towels????

I travel a lot but this is one of the best hotel room design that I’ve ever seen!! Also very central and clean. Gema is lovely!! We had a great conversation and she helped with her excellent recommendations. A must visit! Will definitely come back. 🤍

5 stars experience! I am so happy I have found this place in the very heart of beautiful Seville, literally in front of the magnificent cathedral (the bells worth tolerating in this case). Very clean, cozy and chic, the attention to the details is just incredible. I loved the equipped kitchen, super clean and with everything you can think of. The coffee machine and capsules were very appreciated. And then the roof top… what can I say, perfection! Thank you Marta!

+The location is very central, room is big and nicely furnished - no human interaction: other guests are writing for some attention from the host, was not a case here: codes of access, self- registration. - not single travellers friendly: I paid 85 euro for single room for 1 night, but I see that for other dates the prices are much lower. - extremely noisy: both from other guests (my room was basically on the stairs), no noise isolation, there is no way you would not hear a door opening / closing, people passing. At least my room was facing street where cars and people are passing till very late and start again very early. I did not manage to sleep well even with earplugs. - no service at all: additional headache to have a bag somewhere for few hours, need a locker, the one they suggest open only at 10 am. - bathroom was not particularly clean
