Room were very good. Breakfast was nice. Some staff at reception were very rude and I might not be wrong to say racist too!!!! I know I am making a strong remark, but you can see the arrogance on their face, gesture and body language. Generally people at reception are very helpful, glad to interact and pleasing personality, but I found otherwise and not very helpful (definitely very reluctant)

Stayed here for the whole week around end of September. Got a promo from TUI, and decided to grab Executive as our resting place for Tuscany trip. My highlight: 1. The room was decent size. We got a room for 4 people, but the fourth bed was a temporary built. It was broke on the first night, made my sleep horrible. However, the service was top notch that they took up my request and change the bed immediately. This is a great plus for their service. 2. Speaking about service, their receptionist are knowledgeable about places to visit and parking spots nearby. They were attentive with our needs and open to lend helps. 3. The location was actually pretty great, an hour away from Firenze. Only 12 minutes by car to the center. They have also bus stop right in front of the hotel. The parking spots are enough and spacious. 4. The only downside, the breakfast was bare minimum. As they dont have enough vegetarian options. It would be great to have greater options of veggies. However, again their service was top notch. The person responsible were helpful during my request. Recommend to you people who going to Tuscan,. If you only spending night to sleep and rest.

Was allocated a room on level 0 beside the carpark, disturbing night as i had to semi shut my shutters as its Nov. Felt so unsafe. Noisy and not secured. A hotel out of nowhere.
