Had a comfortable stay for one night at this small hotel. The staff were polite and helpful. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable, better than what normally exists in Italian hotels. Location was walking distance from Sienna town centre. The only issue is the hotel was advertised as having parking available, in reality they only have two spaces. Free on street parking is avail Le if you can find a free space. Friday and Saturday mornings is street cleaning day, be careful to avoid a fine.

Big problem with parking. We made a trip based on a driving experience around Tuscany. All reservations were strictly done with the criteria of having private parking. The hotel only had 4 slots, already taken at our arrival. Probably our fault because we didn’t reserve the slot in advance. Probably the fault of the hotel because they were promising a service, finally not available. The terrible coincidence was that the backup plan offered by the hotel failed, external parkings were full as well. Result: trip to Siena ruined, lost the money, and had to go to other hotel in the last minute.

Lovely small hotel. We were in the garden room, which is a separate building from the hotel. Looks as if it may have been a carriage house at one time. Opened onto the patio where you can have breakfast, drinks, etc. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was ample with traditional Italian offerings. A bit of a walk to the old city, but not unreasonable. There is on-street free parking, so it is a good choice if you have a car. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel certainly does not meet the expectations it sets on its website. We stayed at the hotel in October 2022 in two rooms and while one of our rooms was nice enough, albeit hardly meeting the ‘boutique’ standard the hotel sets for itself, the other room was incredibly unsatisfactory. The room was very dark, having only the tiniest frosted windows near the door. One of the lights in the room didn’t work, the shower barely drained, and the shower head would not stay in place. Moreover the furniture was rickety. When we brought this up with the hotel, they did nothing about it. I would not recommend staying anywhere with such poor response and service.

Wonderful and very kind and helpful staff. Lovely gardens for breakfast (which is provided at no charge). Excellent coffee!!!! Room was very clean and tidy and spacious. Perfect view of the entire old town area. Walk to old town is just a couple blocks, and very convenient and safe. Short taxi ride to train station, cost 8 Euros. 5 min walk to bus station. Was very nice to sleep in this quiet neighborhood, as old town is quite lively after dark. Staff was highly fluent in English and ready to happily help us with anything we asked for.
