This hotel is excellent! We have booked a standard room and they upgraded us to a junior suite for free. You feel like it was an old villa where a pretty big family stayed there. Room was clean and the temperature inside was excellent after a very hot day in the streets of Siena. The staff was very polite and helpful with everything. Breakfast had a good variety and it was very tasty. You could sit in the back garden and drink your coffee, eat your croissant and feel like you are in 1800s. The Villa is around 10 minutes on foot from the old city center! Ideal location for it to be quiet but also near the main attractions!

Everything was amazing. When we arrived we had a room upgrade for free. Junior suite was spacious and well decorated. The bathroom was clean and there were shampoo, conditioner and shower gel along with big fresh towels. Breakfast was served either on the backyard or in the dining room, with variety of sweets, juices and fruits.. Location was more than convenient, just a 15min walk to the Piazza de Campo.. I'm sure that we will be back next time I will visit Siena.

La Villa di STR offers a quiet oasis of serenity in Siena. The rooms are spacious, clean and well-appointed. The breakfast room and patio provides a peaceful, cool start to the day, while the breakfast offers plenty of choices. Staff and service are all friendly and excellent. Location was ideal for seeing the sites without crowds and noise. We loved the shaded garden sitting area for lounging and reading.
