The nicest hotel to stay in Rome. The staff was very friendly and willing to help. It is in the best spot to visit the sights. I will definitely prefer it again.

Although the location was convenient, I would not recommend this hotel. The room was small and the window was frosted and opened directly into the boiler room so had to leave it closed. The lack of security made me very uncomfortable. Every time we went out the hotel manager insisted we leave the key behind. There were various different people at the desk throughout the day and none of them checked who we were before handing back the key. At one point they handed us the key to someone else’s room. On another occasion when we went out there was no one there so we took the key with us, and when we got back a staff member berated us and said we should have just left it unattended at the desk.

Simple hotel, small rooms, not really a window or fresh air. Besides that, good wifi, good location. Nice breakfast.

This hotel is perfect, if you like to do your own thing. A little old fashioned but very clean and with a big comfortable bed, needed after all the walking. The staff were easy to communicate with, and I spoke no Italian... Easy to find from the train station, and all you'll want to see is a maximum of 30min walk away. Would not hesitate to stay there again, we paid £100 a night which makes this review about value for money. Thanks Hotel Fiori 👍
