I stayed at the Royal Reforma for 4 nights and 5 days and it was a great stay in all honesty. The room was impeccably clean and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom was so clean and came with shampoo, bar soap, and lotion as well as several fresh, clean towels of different sizes that were switched out every day. There’s also a blow dryer and Kleenex tissues. The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. They cleaned the room every day without being asked and our stuff was rarely moved around or touched. They always left 2 small bottles of water with every room cleaning. There’s an ice machine very close to the room. The lighting in the room is not great so ladies bring a light up mirror if you don’t do your makeup in the bathroom. The hotel itself has a luxurious feel to it and the staff is friendly and helpful. The AC Is as decent, it did work but it was kind of finicky to get the room to the right comfortable temperature. Also the air in the room was very dry, my skin and sinuses could feel it after a few days. Zona Rosa (area of the hotel) is fun and vibrant and nice to walk around when bored and the hotel is very close to the metro and bus stations. There are also several must-see historical sites that were within walking distance. Convenience stores are at every corner. There is a closet with hangers and a safe. We didn’t use these amenities but there is a pool, gym, and restaurant as well. Checkout was at 1 PM and the check in and check out process were seamless. Wifi was good as well, I was able to get through an important Zoom meeting without any problems and we were able to watch a few episodes on Netflix every night with few problems. The elevator was nice especially after a long day of exploring. Overall I would highly recommend a stay here and would definitely stay here again especially at the price point! Happy traveling!

Horrible horrible place. Would never come here or recommend it! Staff doesn’t know english at all. All the sheets in the room were dirty with spots on it which is disgusting going to a hotel room and all the beding is dirty from the previous visit. We got food and asked the guy to charge it on the room. We came back from concert at 1 AM to find out they locked our room because of the food charge! So ridiculous. Unprofessional staff and the worst service! They ruined our vacation👎

Hotel rooms are outdated and very old. Caulking in bathroom needs to be redone and multiple fixtures falling off walls. Toilet handle leaks sometime when flushing. Sink drain plunger broken, soap cradle in shower falling off, cracks running along walls, etc. It was a non smoking room but smoke from nearby rooms and bar got in making our sleep smell like cigarettes. Don’t stay on the top floor, PH, because your room is directly below the gym. Tower weight racks dropping down super late at night while you’re trying to sleep is rough. AC is super weak. Staff is friendly and you are able to exchange money for a good rate. We didn’t eat at either restaurant on site. Location is good for exploring zona Rosa and Roma Norte. By the time we arrived it was too late to find another place for a comparable price so we had to stick it out. If I could do it over I would stay at a different place in Zona Rosa, or shift over to Roma Norte.
