Excelente and friendly service. Easy access to bus services and very quick to reach Roma Termini, and is at a ver nice walking distance of many monuments and parks. Also the minibar unlimited (be sure to include it in your reservation) is a great plus. Wi-Fi signal needs a bit of an upgrade though, in the room I stayed the signal was a bit lacking.

For your stay here in Rome for a few days, I recommend this hotel. Friendly staff, clean room and breakfast in the room. First we were concerned by the reviews, but it turns out to be good. Location wise it’s ok. Only pretty far from some monuments, but it’s not too far from the metro so that makes it good

We were here this September. 14-17 I have never stayed at a filthy hotel like this in my life!!! I don’t know how they run a hotel when there is no one there between 6:00pm to 6:00am! I would never recommend this place! It was a horrible experience

Our experience was not good. 3 of the 4 nights we stayed at the hotel, the power went out for the majority of the night; no lights, no ac, no fan, no wifi. This was when it was between 90-100 degrees in Rome during the day, so it was extremely difficult to sleep. We were unable to get in contact with the hotel staff the first night because no one is at the hotel overnight. The reasoning a staff member gave for this was because "it is a 2 star hotel". The renovated rooms look nice, however ours was not renovated. Wifi worked in only part of the room, walls were dirty, mold in the shower, the fridge smelled awful. The women at the front desk were very kind, and were the only good part about our stay. Thank you to them.

Hotel is located few minutes walking distance from train station "Termini", so good to reach. The reception team was always friendly and very helpful. The hotel is really small and the rooms are not so big either, but you have everything you need for a fair price. Taking into consideration that we only stayed in the room for sleep! From our side all nice, good location, nice staff, all clean. Supermarket around the corner and good Restaurants in the same street.
