Run-down, No Ventilation, rude staff, no laundry facilities. I only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights I booked - it was unbearable! Zero ventilation, fan provided did nothing to help (and this is Autumn, with 14-16oc temperatures during the day). Why is the air conditioning not available? Beds on the "ladies floor" are actually on the floor. No hanging space, yet an iron is apparently a "special feature" of this room? No USB charging ports, very few plugs, voltage so low you cant have the kettle on and charge something at the same time. No laundry facilities despite being a "business" hotel, almost zero amenities available at reception. Nearest coin laundry is a 16 minute walk away. "Connected to the station" is false, it's not JR but a smaller line (again, not clearly signposted) - JR Station is a fair walk away, with terrible accessibility (don't try to bring your luggage). Skip this place, maybe is was nice once, but clearly not now.

This is one of the best hotel in Sapporo. The location is great, connect to shopping mall at B1 level & connect both to JR & subways trains at underground. So travel & meals are not a problem here. You can control your room temp to chill by setting low 15-16°c via the remote at the room wall. Or if you need more heater, set it to 25-38°c. I have a good memory in this hotel since we stayed on December winter time, my wife got sick & coughing a lot for few days since arrived. Luckily there’s a very nice & helpful front desk lady named Wakana, she helped us a lot by trying to contact some clinics & hospitals around to make some appointments so we can get a treatment. As you know so many clinics & hospitals in Japan not so much welcome to foreign tourists, because we have problem in language, but there are 3 hospitals that have English translator: Tonan hospital, Minami1jo hospital & Higashi Tokushukai. We managed to get a treatment at Higashi Tokushukai. So thanks again to Hotel Gracery for nice staying & thanks so much to Ms Wakana 🙏☺️

No idea how this hotel can get such high rating. In the fact the worse I stayed thru out my whole trip. Run down room, some smell of previous guest, no fridge, window is totally locked. I asked for window view but it's facing another building. Lastly it's damn small. Even way smaller than those I stay....
