Convenient location! Next door to the spanish steps, street marts and good eateries! Room size is quite spacious for Roman tiny hotel standards and includes a good sized double bed, bathroom and bath tub for relaxing. Service was great, convenient 24 hours front desk and room cleaning daily. Coffee and tea with a kettle and cups and a selection of breads can be requested for your room. The rooms were peaceful for a good nights rest with good temperature and the streets outside are fairly quiet. Recommend staying here for a short or medium stay in Rome! Elevator can be slow and a bit scary shakey for those new to the place but not too bad!

The bed in my room was quite small but I could use it without problems. The staffs were really friendly and attentive - especially the man in the breakfast room. + Super close to Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain

Great location tucked away in a quiet alley above the Spanish steps. Close vicinity to all the main Roman attractions. Rooms are smaller but well appointed and look and feel more grand than some 4 & 5⭐️ hotels. The breakfast is more of a continental fair. Just one observation: the Safe inside the dresser closet is not bolted down and can be easily removed. It would be great to have it bolted down. Great value for the stay. Staff were helpful and courteous Thank you all.
