We stayed at the hotel in 2016, and decided to stay again in 2023. Our stay in 2016 was great, and we could sleep. Hotel was great, however the noise from the street was a big problem. Deliveries, bottles being collected and street cleaning meant that we (2 adults and 2 young children) didn't get much sleep. If you can sleep with ear plugs, then no problem. If you can't then, we can't recommend this hotel anymore.

Rooftop Bar, La Terraza, is highly recommended for a view of the cathedral at night time. Service is excellent, there are gas flame heaters to combat any chill. Portions of liquor are generous, albeit expensive!

This is a lovely, elegant hotel that has retained its classical charm while providing modern service and equipment. The rooms are spacious and well appointed and even include a kettle, no doubt to cater for the UK guests! The marble bathroom was also spacious and well appointed. The whole hotel was sparkling clean, immaculate. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and polite, we were especially impressed by Pablo. Our room had a view on the square, which was lovely since we stayed the night that the Christmas illuminations were lit with great fanfare. However, if your room does not face the square, no worries! The terrace bar on the 6th floor is very pleasant. We were served impeccably by Cesar, a very professional bar staff. The food at the terrace bar was Mexican inspired. At the street level, there is also a 'tapas' restaurant. This serves some well known favourites, such as papas bravas, and a strange selection of more exotic choices such as gyozas. The location of the hotel is excellent, surrounded by good restaurants, tapas bars, bars, cafes shops, including the main El Corte Ingles, a short walk from the main theatre, river, cathedral, flamenco shows and bull ring. There is also valet parking which is a delight in Seville!

This is the best Hotel in Seville. If you are looking for a nice, safe, hotel with a great location, book now!! Located in the heart of Seville and situated on a beautiful plaza. You will not need a car, there is a taxi stand in front of the hotel, and everything is within walking distance. Great restaurants and shopping within blocks. Easy walk to all major attractions. I will be back ASAP>
