WOW! We were so impressed with this hotel - the staff were absolutely amazing and couldn't do enough to help us during our stay there. They were so friendly. As we were visiting Seville for a special occasion, the staff even left us a gift to celebrate. Rooms were immaculate and very clean; the whole building was beautifully maintained. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay, we are so grateful for all your kindness and help while we were there :)

Stayed here at the end of September on the recommendation of friends. Didn't disappoint. We booked a junior suite direct with the hotel as it was the same price as a double room through a third party. The staff were so welcoming when we arrived and really made an effort to ensure we had everything we needed. They recommended a good local restaurant on our first night as we were quite late arriving. The room was a good size and comfortable and the shower was decent. Bed also a good size. A complementary bottle of cava appeared in our room on our final evening which was a lovely surprise. The bar man upstairs on the rooftop bar was also very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They have call buttons on the tables so you can always order a drink without having to get up and look for someone to serve you On departure the staff at reception accompanied us to our taxi as it couldn't park outside so they took us and our luggage to it. A great hotel in a good location .

Our rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was right where we wanted to be and service was great. We enjoyed everything about this stay except that there was no hot water when we stayed. I'm sure that is not always an issue as they had someone coming to fix it, but it put a little damper on our stay.

+ Fantastic service from everyone at front desk! I didn’t catch everyone’s names but JOSE ANTONIO, the night service desk agent was so friendly and professional. Hotel architecture is beautiful. Historical and minimalist chic at same time. Location is good too. Beds are also comfy. - This has been mentioned before but due to the tile floors, you will hear noises in morning but that shouldn’t be an issue if you start sightseeing early. Breakfast is a bit expensive. The bathroom shower is not the best.

Fabulous hotel! Absolutely stunning building and really amazing rooms, everything was top notch. The staff were all lovely, gave us really good tapas recommendations, booked some taxis and even sent some postcards for us. Had a knock on the door halfway through our visit and they had a lovely bottle of champagne for us - very nice touch! For the price you pay, it's so so worth it. Very high quality and a really reasonable price. The breakfast was also very good, lots of choice and variation. 5/5, would definitely come back when in Seville next.
