Our room was tiny and looked out into the windows of the office building across the way. The bed was comfortable. I'd give the room 90% on cleanliness since the carpet had some small spots and there was a little bit of mold in the bathroom. Front desk staff was very pleasant and accommodating. There is easy access to public transport.

Dear Hotel KeihanTeam, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the pre-arrival services provided by your hotel. I recently contacted your team with an inquiry regarding my upcoming stay, as my flight is scheduled to land in Japan at 01:10 AM. To my concern, I was informed that check-in is not available until 23:00, and I did not receive a satisfactory solution or clarification regarding what would happen if I arrive at 3:00 AM. This lack of responsiveness has left me unsettled and concerned about the convenience of my stay. Furthermore, I noticed that there is no option to modify the arrival date on your website. As my plans have unexpectedly changed, I am unable to manage my reservation and make necessary adjustments. This limitation in flexibility is inconvenient and presents a significant challenge for guests who may need to modify their bookings. Regrettably, due to these issues, I find myself compelled to consider canceling my reservation altogether. It is disheartening that I am unable to efficiently manage my booking and make the required changes to accommodate unforeseen circumstances. I understand that each hotel faces unique challenges, and I believe that addressing these concerns will contribute to an improved experience for future guests. I kindly request your prompt attention to these matters and a timely resolution to ensure a seamless and enjoyable stay at your esteemed establishment. This hotel is horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The rooms are heating up horribly over night even if it was cool before and only 6° outside and you can't even use the air conditioner. It's also horribly loud even though we booked months in advance and asked for a quiet room they gave us one next to the street. Not even ear plugs keep all the noise away. You can also hear everything from the floor. It's also very bright even with the roller blind down. Our sleep is horrible and this hotel ruined our stay in tokyo as we are just tired and exhausted. They don't even get the idea of offering a partly refund. The only nice thing was that we were allowed to cancel our breakfast, but also only because I mentioned that other hotels were more accommodating. A partly refund would just be fair after ruining our stay in tokyo. It's not like we are next doors and come again easily. It's a 12 hour flight. The TV is also the oldest we've seen and we've been to a lot hotels this trip.

Decent hotel, good value choice for Tokyo around €100 per night. Yotsuya metro station is only 300m away with 2 metro and 1 JR train lines. Convenient in-between main visit areas of Tokyo. The small but for Japanese hotels medium sized room has a desk and chair, which is already more than most hotel rooms have space for in this price range in central Tokyo. Breakfast buffet was limited but enough to get you started.

Worst Hotel i stayed in. The A/C is regulated by the hotel, we couldnt sleep as the temperatur was so high in our room, even tough it was pretty cold outside. We had to sleep without a Blanket, when we asked about it, the Staff just told us "We cant do anything, please just open the Window". Our Window was on the Main Street, so it would have been extremely loud all night. Already with the windows closed it was hard to sleep with all the noise. There were also 2 Curtains, which both let light through, so it was bright all night. The TV was very old and there was a Phone for everyone to use right in front of the Rooms. So People could loudly talk late in the night and keep everyone awake. I would never book this hotel again and i advice against anyone who thinks about it.
