Generally fine. Small rooms but adequate for our stay. Finer details need improving, coffee stained net curtain, walls marked and broken tiles. Rooms could do with a paint and freshen up. Breakfast had good selection and staff generally friendly. Good location close to key parts of the city.

We enjoyed our stay here last October. We were very happy with the breakfast. The hotel is in a great location - a short walk to Laugavegur, which takes you through the city. There was a Bonus grocery a block away. Room was clean and bed was comfy. The staff was super helpful and did not mind answering our questions. If using re.is I suggest adding the excursion shuttle, it stops right in front of the hotel and takes you to the re.is hub.

Comfy stay, at a walkable distance from Reykjavik downtown and seaside. It is 6-8mind from the bus stop #12 which is the major pick up point for a lot of tours. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Had a luggage room to store your luggage’s before/after check out. Check-in/ check-out experience was very smooth.

My family and I just finished a 3 night stay here and could not have been more satisfied with the stay. The staff were extremely helpful and responsive, the included breakfast was much more robust and delicious than expected, and the hotels location was excellent. We were a very short walk to both the main bus depot and Reykjavik's shopping street. It is also worth mentioning that this is a "mainstream" hotel that all of the tourist services we booked (Airport transfer service, Northern Lights tours, and Golden Circle tour) offered pick-up directly from the hotel, so we did not have to venture out in the cold to an alternative meeting point for the sightseeing we had booked.
