This place is a gem in La Fortuna. I cannot say enough about the hotel and staff. The staff were so helpful and always there to help. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and they had a great program with dinner, karaoke and fireworks. They made us feel at home and we made lots of memories there. The location is prefect to everything you want to do and the hot springs were amazing. It was just for hotel guest so it was never crowded and they pumped new water in there everyday. We even saw a slot and her baby on the property. The staff took us out at night to show us. The breakfast was very good everyday. It was amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough.

This hotel was beyond beautiful. Omg the landscape and view of the volcano. Located close to the town, tours, parks. Has very good restaurant and bar on site. The breakfast had so many options. The hot springs are different temperatures to your preference and so relaxing. Loved the private cabins very comfy. Very kind staff and family owners. I recommend to try the restaurant and book massage with the hotel. It was so relaxing and amazing. I got the amethyst massage very good masseuse. Worth the value.

We spent a week at this place, and our encounter with the staff was incredibly positive; they were friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose to stay here again. The complimentary breakfast included fruits, tea, coffee, eggs, and sausages, all enjoyed with a view of the Arenal volcano. The rooms were spacious with good views. Each room was entirely separate from the others, providing a sense of privacy. One of the highlights was the fantastic warm mineral water available right within the resort, accessible at any time during the day. Also they offered a complimentary bottle of water and self-service coffee 24/7 in the lobby. The room rates were reasonable too. We paid less than $100 per night, inclusive of taxes and fees. The location was convenient too, just a 10-minute drive to La Fortuna downtown and easy access to explore local food options, although the resort's own restaurant was also good too.

This place is a hidden gem! The grounds are gorgeous and make you feel like you’re in the middle of the jungle (including a small bamboo forest trail). We stayed only one night but were able to see so much wildlife, including toucans and a mother sloth with her baby by the hot springs. The premium family room very comfortably fit 5, and we could see Arenal from our porch! The staff here are extremely thoughtful - the concierge pointed out the sloths to us, helped us book 4 massages on short notice, and when he saw that we liked the cats on the property, he went into the back room to bring out their friendliest cat - Blanco - so that we could pet him. The hot springs were a great temperature, dinner was tasty, and the reception area had 24/7 tea, coffee, and crackers. Everything about the hotel seemed very thoughtfully planned for a wonderful stay. We would absolutely come back again if we’re in the area!
