Great view to the volcano!! The rooms were super clean and well equipped. The people working there treated us like family and the breakfast included was super good

I liked the service. The young boy at the reception was very pleasing and provided great service. Outside cottages the view is beautiful. You will spot more species of bird in the morning. Room ambience is okay okay, may be I had high expectations.

Wonderful accommodations with walking trails to bird watch. Excellent services and very friendly staff. Close to La Fortuna and tons of activities to experience the beauty of Costa Rica.

I stayed in this hotel for my vacation and loved it. Location/Accessibility: The hotel is located about 7 kms from La fortuna downtown and near arenal volcano . It’s easy to get to town if you have a rental car or costs around $10 bucks for taxi one way (not sure about availability in the night). Checkin/Checkout: Both check in and check out process was super fast and smooth where they pulled up reservation real quick and completed the process in less than 7-10 minutes. Rooms/Amenities: The rooms are like individual cabins with two queen beds which are well maintained and clean with all amenities. The amazing part is they have a patio overseeing arenal volcano. The views are scintillating in the morning and night and a perfect place for nature lover. They also have a small trail if you like to do it within your stay time! Reception/Guest services: I was a solo traveler and Receptionist/ Guest Services were all helpful in answering my queries and guiding me through near by places and places to visit through various tour services and registration. Breakfast/Food: I had breakfast buffet included in my reservation. Breakfast was continental food with touch to cost Rican rice and beans. It was really good to have nice breakfast in the morning before I headed out for hiking tours. I would recommend to get the breakfast included with reservation else it would be hard to keep your hiking tours going. Staffs/room service: The best part about this hotel are the staffs. From the day of check in to check out, I have been taken care with excellent service and they strive hard to make sure their customers are treated well. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend this hotel for family/couple/solo travelers if you wanted to stay little away from downtown buzz. Kudos to the staff and I will be visiting again!!!
