Hairs everywhere! I booked this hotel as it was close to the train station, but never again. Definitely the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The bed had so many hairs on it. I started to strip away each layer of bedding and more and more hairs appeared. I can’t believe someone would leave it like that. When I arrived there wasn’t anyone at the desk, and I had to use a code to enter the building (which wasn’t easy as it didn’t work the first few times). When I finally got in, it felt as if I was the only one in the hotel. As there was no one around I needed to make several trips to carry all my heavy luggage up the narrow stairs. I turned the ventilator on in my room and after 10 minutes realised it was causing a very bad smell. For €130 a night, I at least expect the bedding to be washed. If you come to Pisa DO NOT stay here.

Great location, just 2 minutes away from train station. Friendly staff, simple breakfast but enough to start your day. Single room was spacious very spacious but floors have no carpets so you might hear noises of moving chairs in other rooms. Comfy bed! If you're planning to check in late make sure you have a working sim card as you'll have to make a call for code and room details.

The hotel is well located, near Pisa Centrale Station, which is a big plus if u plan to visit the surroundings. The room is outdated, but clean and the aircon was silent. The breakfast is continental (cheese, salami, ham, boiled eggs, butter, cereals, juices and good italian coffee). The staff is very helpful and friendly. We liked that they changed the towels everyday. All in all, the hotel offers decent quality services for the money u pay.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The door was close and there wasn’t any indication to ring the bell or anything. There was a paper outside the door written that if the check in is after 9pm customers can call 2 numbers and both of them was not reachable. There’s no elevator and no indication to the rooms as well. I had one single room and it’s the worst that i have ever seen in my life, and this is a 3 star hotel!!!! The rooms smelled really bad as if it had been abandoned for a while and there’s a musky smell. The ac worked but you need to lower the temperature to 18 degree Celsius to feel a bit of fresh air. Probably the only positive thing is that it’s close to the main station. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.
