Basic business hotel. OK place to sleep in. Would not expect much else. The rooms are fine. Split beds basic pillows. Front desk staff was nice. No real facilities. Breakfast looked ok, not super appealing. Hotel seems to be undergoing some renovation so maybe gets better. Area was a bit dull but had bus and tram connections

The receptionists were friendly and always willing to assist. Housekeeping did not change my sheets and towels frequently even when I indicated that I wanted them changed. There was such a bad smell in the corridors and the elevator was out of service a lot during my last two days

Nice, clean hotel in the centre of Geneva. The cleanness is its top quality. The rooms are also of good size, although the bathtub has a strange design that does not allow you to enjoy the bath in a relaxing way. The breakfast is quite limited and does not change from day to day.

The man at the reception at night left closed main door, left the reception for 30 minutes. When he came back, and was informed that other guests and I were unable to access entry or exit of the hotel, he got so rude and flipped out. He had the audacity to ask me to check out of the hotel, instead of apologizing for his recklessness and tardiness. To be honest, I feel his reaction toward me was largely racist. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!!
