I was a little hesitant about staying here after reading the negative reviews on customer service. To my very pleasant surprise, my experience was positive! From preparing coffee after hours to arranging wake up call and transportation to the airport, the gentleman at the front desk was naturally helpful. The room was bigger than the pictures. Linens were fresh and clean. Location is ideal. Within walking distance of grocery stores, the train station and Old Town. Breakfast could be a little better, but it is adequate

A dated but very clean and professional hotel right on the water. The location is amazing for the price. The place is a lot like Geneva itself, kinda cold and awkward at first, but once you start getting into it, you’ll enjoy its charm Probably less then a ten minute walk to the train station and close to all the many restaurants and shopping in the area. Got to the airport in a car in under 20 minutes too

This is an excellent hotel at the South end of Lake Geneva. It was very convenient to get around from there (mostly on foot) and very near the train station (10 minute walk). Our room had air conditioning - thank goodness! and everything worked well. Seemed to be a quiet clientele. English-speaking Irish Pub was a four minute walk away, we spent evenings there for company and drinks.

Lovely hotel with a view, just amazing, but no soundproof in the room. I could hear everything from the hallway to my room and the visitor talking on his phone the room next to mine etc. I appreciate not hearing private noises and sleeping, so not the best quality in the soundproof. In any other way it felt like a quality hotel with some luxurity! Just note, restaurant at the hotel was closed.

I’ve experienced one of the worst customer service from 5 star hotels, it was from a specific receptionist called ‘Madam Sabrina’. I truly urge this hotel to really consider the staff they choose to hire because her counter with her attitude made me angry at my stay at this hotel, now I just want to leave because I’m so humiliated and angry. There were other nice workers from around but now I’m definitely not returning. You go to places and pay for a nice time, not to experience any unpleasantry from the staff itself.
