Clean, convenient location, well-equipped amenities, and most important of all, welcoming service. I stayed here for a few days and was well satisfied. In particular, the entire staff team was very helpful and accommodating in all aspects, from providing directions to helping with storing luggage after check-out. During my stay, I'm especially appreciative of Ruka, who not only assisted with English translation, working the laundry machine, and providing information on nearby convenient stores and supermarkets, but also for her enthusiasm and friendly attitude. It's these small gestures that make the stay memorable. I'll definitely consider staying here again when I'm in Osaka.

Hotel facilities were very clean. They offer free makeup and a microwave on check-in lobby. The double room is a decent size. Walk to the train station was about 10 minutes. Would stay here again!

Stayed here for 3 nights, hotel was ok for the price. There were a free drinks area and a make up area in the lobby. All your standard amenities were available. The only negative was the location. It wasn't near the Namba area for tourists (such as Glico Man or Nankai Rail to Airport). Not many restaurants either around the area.

Nice hotel, less than a 10-minute walk from the JR train station. The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are quite large in comparison to standart japanees hotels rooms, although they are a bit outdated. The bathroom level is higher about 30 cm from the room floor, so it's not very convenient to enter and exit from the bathroom/toilet specially in the morning. There is a free water and coffee available in the lobby 24 hours a day, which is very nice. If you don't need a lot, it's a good hotel.
