Super nice hotel, as a solo traveller the room was spacious, the staff were super helpful. My fav thing would be the location and the delicious breakfast delivered to your room.

WORST EXPERIENCE. I usually never had the experience to write bad reviews about a place, but this one is well deserved. The personnel is inattentive, and they canceled my booking made a month ago two days before, contacted them before this happened to make sure everything was fine, and then at 11 pm they canceled my booking. It looked like a great place for a cheap price but looks like it was best to find a better place to enjoy my staying in Bogota.
