I regrettably had to detour from Florence to Rome after Florence airport had a bit of a breeze that pushed flights. Last year, Rome was a bit of a nightmare for me. Finding this hotel last minute was lucky. It is not in the loud, obnoxious part of town. It is quiet, the building is lovely, and the front desk staff are so welcoming and kind. I am only here for a night but wish I had known of this gem last year. I will be saving it for future trips. If you want less hustle n bustle, this area is beautiful and this hotel is a 2 thumbs up recommendation

I absolutely love this hotel. Highly recommend. It’s a historical 1923 building. You would think it’s not up to date. But it IS! The room, the shower, the AC, is PERFECT. The staff, the free breakfast even the cleaners are all wonderful. They have good options when it comes to morning breakfast. Free coffee no matter how many cappuccinos you want, you got it! I even love the fact there’s no way you can leave your room key in the room. The lights are controlled by your room key. It’s so smart. If you remove the key, the lights automatically turn off within 20 seconds. Upon returning to your room, put your key in the Slot and all the lights and AC turn on. Of course there’s light and AC switches. But it’s so cool. It’s not right in the middle of everything it’s sorta on the outside of things. iI’s 15-20 min walk to whatever you want to see. But, I enjoyed walking to all of my locations on my list. I got to window shop. See the different names and clothing that’s out there. I can’t complain, every 10min walk there’s free water. It’s nice and cold it’s so refreshing. This hotel was a last minute buy, I booked it right on the airplane. No issues the moment I arrived no extra charges. Just the €8 in taxes which no one can avoid. My price for two nights was €220. You can not go wrong! Super highly recommend for anyone staying around the area.

Excellent location and service at this boutique hotel on Via Margutta near the Spanish Steps. We have stayed there twice and will stay there again. The rooms can be on the small side, but the are clean and well decorated. The hotel staff is also excellent and will arrange drivers and restaurants. The barista can make perfect cappuccinos as fast as my wife can drink them.
