Clean room. Coffee in the room delicious. Rooftop was beautiful and peaceful. Hospitality in the rooftop was excellent. Breakfast had fresh fruit and eggs. Walking distance to train station and all “main attractions”. We would stay here again!

Lovely hotel in the perfect location to explore Bologna. The staff is very kind, professional and attentive. Our room was not ready when we arrived, so we went out for lunch. When we returned, our luggage was already in our room waiting for us - much appreciated after an overnight flight and a long drive. Grazie Mille for a great guest experience!

We stayed in an Apartment unit of theirs. It was nice enough, but bit of a walk from the main hotel. Good service when needed and location was convenient to the Quad market and Piazza Maggiore. The only reason not 5 starts, there was nothing truly remarkable, it was just solidly good.

A 4* hotel with 5* hotel prices and 3* hotel services and breakfast. Very good location near the best restaurants and main attractions in Bologna city, very nice reception but overall services, cheap style rooms, worst ever breakfast (some sweets and 3 croissants and italian salami, no fruits no vegetables and the ladies from the breakfast always the same two not client-oriented and quite rude). Would stay here again only if couldn’t find something else better and prices would be much lower than what I paid.
