This was a nice hotel. It wasn’t smack dab in the middle of the city thank goodness but still close enough to walk to everything. Rooftop deck was nice with a great view of the city. Rooms were nice. Beds were pretty comfortable for European beds And king size which is rare. Small gym with minimal equipment but it’s Italy and I don’t think gyms are as important to them. Breakfast was good both mornings. Customer service was excellent. We would stay again if ever in Bologna

Stayed there for a night for a work event.. 1- location: The location is good and served with a few shops but unfortunately it 20-25 minutes away from the center and historical sites and that's the only reason for the ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 2- Atmosphere: Although the hotel looks small with few rooms from the outside, still it's big and huge from the inside. Very quite and clean. 3- Rooms: Good in size and clean, rooms are comfy and have essentials to make the stay a pleasant one. Bathrooms are in good shape and well maintained. All of us enjoyed our rooms. 4- Food: Food served for the event tasted very good and portions were good and enough. 5- Service: Very warn welcoming and smily reception staff. The carting staff were awesome, very friendly and super fast and managed to satisfy all our needs and requests in a timely manner and with a smile Conclusion: Very pleasant experience and will consider the hotel if I have the chance to be there in the future. Had a great experience and highly recommend this hotel

Lovely hotel in Bologna, within easy walking distance to the city centre. Our stay was very pleasant, and the staff were so friendly, attentive and helpful. The rooms very well laid out and considered, clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The inclusive breakfast was tasty, the only minor complaint is the fruit selection could have been better - this region has so many delicious fruits like peaches, nectarines, grapes, pears etc but the breakfast buffet just had a bowl of cut cantaloupe melon, watermelon, pineapple plus a few apples and bananas in a fruit bowl. But that is very minor, everything else was excellent. Parking costs €16 a day, and everything is easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay here!

My husband and I stayed at Aemilia Hotel for our week-long honeymoon in August. On arrival at Bologna airport, we took the Marconi Express (reliable yet rickety) into Bologna and decided to walk the rest of the way. It was a good 25/30 minute walk, so on our return journey we got a taxi straight to the airport for 20 euros instead. The hotel staff were warm and welcoming on our arrival. They allowed us to leave our luggage as we were early for check-in and we enjoyed a drink in the modern bar. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and knowledgeable about the local amenities. Our room itself was clean, modern and comfortable with tea-making facilities, hairdryer and great shower! Air conditioning and large bed helped to ensure a good night's sleep. We had access to the rooftop area, which gave breathtaking views of the city. There is plentiful seating, lounge chairs and hot tub (although we were far too hot to try it out!). Breakfast was included in our stay, and we enjoyed the large buffet selection each morning in their spacious restaurant. Overall we had a fantastic stay at the Aemilia Hotel, a 20 minute walk to the main sites of Bologna.
