Amazing hotel, in the perfect location, right on the water. Would highly recommend if you are in Venice. Staff are amazing, the rooms are specious even for European standards. The breakfast is top notch. You are located right on the water, two streets away from St Marks. All the big name fashion brands are right around the corner on the backside of the hotel. Great restaurants nearby as well. You can take the water taxi or the water bus to get to the hotel from the train station. If you are coming from the airport take the water taxi, it’s worth the price.

A wonderful hotel with a great location. Our room was beautiful and overlooked the grand canal. The staff was outstanding and so helpful. We really enjoyed our afternoon cocktail watching all the activity go by on the canal as we sat at the outside bar. Thank you!

What a fabulous hotel! Incredible location, excellent service, beautiful views! Our suite was unbelievably beautiful. The bed was fantastic. The concierge was very knowledgeable and very helpful . This was as good as any five star hotel! My only complaint was that breakfast started at 7:30 and there was no coffee available prior to that.

There is no better location to Piazza de San Marco/St. Marks Square and the Grand Canal is at your doorstep, thus the hotel name. Amazing and professional staff will help with anything, from recommendations, directions and even transportation to the airport, around Venice etc. The rooms are very high end, spacious and luxurious. We were here for one night after a Mediterranean Cruise, and saw other cruisers here as well. Probably one of the best hotels and values you can find in Venice/Venezia. We will be back here for sure.
