I've stayed here numerous times already. It's highly recommended if you're visiting Osaka.It's walking distance to all the tourist spots and all the recommended restaurants by influencers and locals alike. Beside the train and bus station so transportation and luggage transport is a breeze! Rooms may be a bit old and small, but definitely not a deal breaker because of all the other positive benefits of staying here. Breakfast buffet is also good if you prefer to eat in the hotel.

A great place to stay, about a 12 minute walk to Dotonbori and tons of food options. Rooms were clean and the lobby was very interesting, located on the 21st floor of the building. There’s a grocery store underground nearby too which was very convenient. Brought a large suitcase with us and we stressed about how to get it shipped to our next accommodation - the person at the front desk was happy to help us fill out the form, call the next hotel, and actually deal with shipping it for us! Made it so much easier than trying to find a way to do it ourselves. Would very likely stay again if we return to Osaka.

Good location. Room/bathroom are adequately sized compared to other hotels in Japan. The elevator was a little odd. You have to take the first elevator up to the front desk at floor 22 and then walk over to another elevator to go to your floor. Family Mart/ATM is on B1, which is convenient. It's also next to a large store and everything is fairly close in walking distance. The train station is in front of the hotel exit.

We chose this hotel because it’s within walking distance of Dotonbori. There is also a supermarket on the ground floor of the building and a Family Mart in the basement. Note that JR Namba Station, right beside the hotel, does not connect to JR Shin-Osaka Station. We also thought this hotel was connected to other main stations. Our mistake. While the hotel has a great location and its double room (on a high floor) offers a fantastic view, I need to point out a few things. Getting to our hotel room is a bit troublesome. First, take the escalator up to the hotel entrance, then walk along a long hallway to reach the hotel lift. Take the lift to the hotel reception, walk to another lift to go up to the floor of your room, and finally, walk to your hotel room. Upon entering our room for the first time, a musty smell overwhelmed us. Perhaps it was just this particular room. The smell also seemed to be emitted from the aircon. We had to open the windows to ventilate the room and use the air freshener (luckily provided in the room) to reduce the odor. We were later informed repeatedly that we were NOT supposed to open the window. But how else were we supposed to air the musty room? The carpet looked unwashed, dirty, and felt dirty. We had to wear the room slippers throughout our stay. The mini fridge had a very unpleasant smell and wasn't cold enough. Everything we placed in there smelled bad. The shower head position was not adjustable; it was either too high or too low. I had to hold it to take a shower, and the hot water was inconsistent. There was no clock and safe box in the room. Room calls to the reception always went unanswered. When we asked for more hangers at the reception, we were told they didn't have more but would inform us when they did. Requesting a change of room slippers (due to the dirty carpet), they simply handed them to us at the reception in front of other guests. Breakfast was good, but the Function Hall, with about 26 dining tables, had difficulty accommodating all guests.
