The room is small, but suitable for those who do not want to stay in the hotel. The staff are friendly and courteous, the cleanliness and arrangement are excellent, and the breakfast is only varied. Unfortunately, the towels are worn out and do not suit the standard of the hotel.

One of the best hotel i have ever booked, everything were perfect, the stuff, room and bathroom, and included the breakfast were so delicious, only have one disadvantage, far from metro station so you need to pay taxi till go there from metro to hotel, as you know taxi fee are so expensive in Istanbul

The room was okish, but the location was very convenient to all the tourists attractions and restaurants. The staff were very polite and friendly. Price was reasonable and affordable. If anyone not planning to stay in room for long , would be ideal

My story with the hotel started very badly,when I arrived there I was taken to a horrible room and spent the whole night looking at other hotels but the owner spoke to us at breakfast time and said before you go out pack your stuff and we will do the rest,to be honest I wasn’t very confident but when we came back we were given new keys and we realised that they moved our suitcases too. The room was spacious,clean and very nice . AC was great and needed because of the hot weather. Our room was cleaned every day and they changed our towels were changed every day too. Staff were amazing,all of them without exception. Very nice place for families with kids too. Breakfast was nice ,could be better if they had different things in different days. Overall it was an amazing experience at the hotel. The location is a dream,we walked everywhere as it was very closed to all main attractions and staff at the hotel are very helpful,if you want to go anywhere just ask them to organise it for you and it will be cheaper than going to outside trip organisers. Even taxis to and from airport you should contact the hotel to sort it out for you as if you take a taxi yourself they will charge you more. Would recommend the hotel to anyone who wants to enjoy their time in Istanbul
