I have no complains at all about this hotel. The room very comfortable, everything in the mini-bar for free. All the staff very kind. Family friendly... We had a great time! If I ever go back to Basil, it'll be with you for sure!

The desk did a great job meeting our every need. They really went above and beyond in assisting us to arrange a car and driver for a special trip. Nice room and cleaning staff was very good. Our room was often too warm. Very good food in the restaurant and everyone who waited on us in the restaurant was delightful, but on several occasions male hosts in the restaurant were rude to us.

Junior suite was amazing. Staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant. Great location. Convenient to shopping and the Rhine river is a 5 minute walk. Roof top access for city view. Highly recommend. Minibar and a 2 day bus pass was included in the rate.

Fantastic location right in the center of Basel. Beautiful old building. Parking garage Storchen right next door. Regular rooms are spacious and have a great modern style. Staff is very friendly! Spa is small but very stylish/clean and has everything that is needed. Nice bar for a good-night drink and good breakfast. We enjoyed our stay a lot and I absolutely recommend the Märthof!
