Hotel Naples, nestled in the historic district near the Spanish Quarter, boasts an unbeatable location, earning a full 5-star rating in this aspect. Its proximity to numerous attractions ensures that guests are always a stone's throw away from the best of what Naples has to offer. Furthermore, the convenience of a 24/7 front desk and easy luggage storage services make the logistics of the stay hassle-free. However, the hotel does have its shortcomings. The reception staff, while efficient, often come across as dispassionate, dampening the overall welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, while the rooms are comfortable, the pricing feels a tad steep for the space provided. That said, the unique key system for rooms is intuitive once you get the hang of it. But, on the other hand, there are no USB ports in the room. On the whole, Hotel Naples delivers a solid experience with a few areas for improvement.

I really don’t understand the bad comments. Our room was perfectly clean and comfortable. The location is good. The breakfast was a nice and enough buffet with sea view. Receptionists are kind and helpful. They also accepted our cat.

As much as the service and the location was nice, the rooms were very unexpected being that it was hot and uncomfortable being that in one night I found 14 mosquitoes and maybe more. Having a mosquito infestation is a health hazard affecting my health and maybe others. Being a 4 star hotel is overrating the hotel. In a nutshell, I give it 2 stars because the room had a nice bed, and good bathroom but a broken AC and a mosquito infestation.

Located close to the University, it's very convenient (yes, you need to get used to traffic around, it's fun but it may be dangerous) and it's hard to find a place where you don't eat well around. Personnel is very nice. The room was small but ok, my problem was with wifi and any internet connection. It was working only with the cell phone close to the window.
