I spent two nights here and was overall very pleased with my stay. Let me start by saying that the view from the roof should be reason enough to stay here. I doubt you can get a better view at any other hotel in Coimbra. The location is very convenient. I had a car with me. There is space in front of the hotel to leave your car while you check in. They then directed me to the parking lot (included for free). It was just across the street. This is an excellent perk considering the central location of the hotel. It took me 15 minutes walking to get to the university. My room was nice and clean. It was surprisingly quiet at night, especially considering that it is on a busy road. The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again!

Many things impressed us - the friendly, personal and professional service from all the staff; accepting and welcoming our little dog with a tartan blanket and biscuit; the clean, cosy and comfortable room and common areas; the excellent and varied breakfast and bar food; the central location next to the river, train station and old part of the city; free nearby parking. The parting gift from a local bakery was a lovely touch too. Highly recommended!

the rooms are not very roomy and even after an upgrade we still had a shower instead of a bath. But the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is excellent and you can spent the evening on the roof terrace enjoying some wine and the view. The location cannot be beaten and the rooms are clean en up-to-date. Good value for money

Went to Hotel Oslo for drinks on the roof terrace. If you want a great view of Coimbra, this is the place for it. You get a voucher from the front desk, take the elevator up present it to the friendly bartender and your drink will be served to you on the terrace. Each person must spend 5€, but your visitors will love the quiet view. For hotel guests of course the terrace is always available. When you leave, you retrieve your voucher and pay at the front desk.

Spent only two nights with my wife and son but it should have been longer as we loved the vibe of the city. The man at the front desk was excellent and he helped us find the best sites in Coimbra. Room was a little cramped but we did have three suitcases. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was quite large. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety but no Pasteis de Nata :( Get up to the bar in the evening and sit on the roof top terrace as the view of the city is exceptional. Very happy that we stayed there.
