A bit of a walk into the historic area of Coimbra but reasonably priced. The room was clean and just okay, not special. The "free parking" was 4 or 5 spaces out front that will likely not be available. Inadequate outlets to charge phones etc.

Great hotel, staff were very pleasant and helpful. The only downside is that the spa doesn't open till 4pm and as we were only there for one night didn't get to use it. Would definitely stay again.

Place is very well located, rooms are very comfortable, y the dimensions are good. Parking is spacious and safe. Personal is so friendly

It was a pleasure to see the renovation of this legendary hotel in Coimbra! Rooms very well renovated, very good breakfast! It was about time someone picked up this historic hotel and give it a new life! Congratulations!! Most of the staff were very nice and kind, but some could be a lot more friendly. The only thing that is totally not worth it is the restaurant. Completely overpriced, average-weak food. On a city where pretty much every where you go, you have wonderful food, it's total waste of time and money to have dinner at the hotel.

Terrible experience. The pool it is way too small for all the people around (count 25 persons at 10am), the breakfast is some weird experience, 10 minutes waiting for table, poor selection of bread, mini croissants and the scrambled eggs were so watered that found guests taking photos. Booked NH Coimbra to have some rest after 10 days camping but my daughter and I leaved 1 day early. Poor experience.
