I left behind a EURO100 jacket at the property but the host unhelpfully refused to send this back to me. To add more details to support my review: The reason why I said the host refused to help (and he did not actually help out in the end) was: (1) he was very responsive during my stay( which I appreciate that). But when it comes to the lost jacket, the reply was super slow or no reply until I wrote my comment here. (2) once the lost jacket was confirmed to be left behind at the property, I asked him for the payment details and told him just sending back the jacket to me the postage price was lower than euro 20 ( the reason why I would ask that was trying to save his time so that he does not need to go back and forth to the post office for checking the price and sending the jacket to me) (3) after a few days of chasing about the status he came back to me saying the cost would be Euro 13 and asked me if I still want this to be sent out. (4) I was surprised to see him asking me again if I still want this to be sent out because I already told him if the price is lower than 20 then just send it. (5) anyway I gave him a go ahead and asked him for the payment details again (6) after that, I have sent two more chasers, and there were no replies any more, until I wrote this review here and he said he was willing to help here ( although the thing he told me in a private message was different) :) The reason why I think he was not willing to help was that he didn’t reply my message about payment details. And no one would explicitly tell his customer he was not going to help unless he was stupid ( well the host was obviously not stupid) :) Btw he said “ your score of 1 [is] totally unacceptable… you would like to take out that review? … we are waiting for your decision” I don’t know what is the decision he asked me to make because it was very obvious I wanted my jacket back. So my interpretation of the decision he asked to me to make is to either keep the review, or the jacket :) I have decided to keep the review because I don’t like being threatened :) A smart customer will know who is playing the trick, and would choose to avoid the same situation if they possibly can :) Also, yes you won’t keep thing that are not yours but there is possibility that you can throw it away :)

The Sophia Studios we can highly recommend. There is a lot of space and the apartments are modern designed and well equipped. A big benefit is the washing machine. Just the parking situation is not the easiest.
