I stayed two nights in this hotel (for business purposes). The overall experience was good; but I must admit I was a bit disappointed by the services. The room was clean and tidy; the bedding comfortable, but housekeeping didn't find it necessary to refill the coffee and tea bags between the 2 days. It might seem a small detail, but does make the difference. The breakfast buffet in the morning was tasty and did offer sufficient options; but an additional staff member would be advisable. I still advice people to stay in this hotel as it well located and does offer a good value for money. And the view at the breakfast is also astonishing.

Spent 4 nights here on a business trip. I had a Grd floor room, the room was simple, clean and mainly quiet and well serviced by the staff. Occasionally airplane noise could be heard. I had the breakfast at €19 per morning, which was fairly good, typical continental breakfast. Close to the city centre and about a 30min walk to the train station or you could make use of the free public transport. The trams are very modern, clean, reliable and frequent.

The hotel is in a good and central place in Luxembourg, with easy access to main sightseeing locations, such as the Cathedral, the National Museum, or the City Museum. The rooms are basically equipped, but they are clean and with nice view. However, the service is extremely bad! More than 24h after check-out and I'm still waiting for the receipt of my stay (although I fully paid during check-in), as they claim that they are facing an IT problem. Very disappointing!!!

First hotel ive been to that has no mini fridge which was very disappointing, any hotel guest expects easy access to cold water and snacks. Other than that meets the standards of the bare minimum you'd expect for the price compared to other hotels in the area and the room was clean. The location is nice and convenient but the establishment looks very outdated almost like its the early 90s Staff were very polite and accommodating
